At the beginning of year 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology release a document, named Guide Catalogue for the First Batch Application Demonstration of Key New Materials (2021 Edition). The Zirconium Phosphate core grade resin has been listed at the section of 94th.
Zirconium phosphate is norganic material, white powder, which is a multifunctional mesoporous layered solid acid material. High chemical stability, stable layered structure, large specific surface area, high thermal stability, strong ion exchange performance, good catalysis and strong adsorption, which can enhance wear resistance and compression resistance, mechanical strength, hardness, impact resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and chemical stability.
In the recent year, most of the nuclear grade resin are monopolized by some international giants, such as Dupont. In particular, the technology of omogeneous resin which used in primary circuit, taken by the Dow Chemical Company and the Purolite. The domestic enterprises are not qualified to product the onogeneous resin. Therefore, the Resin&Zircon aims to this insufficient, our team adopted the radiation resistant binder and advanced granulation technology. We have successfully developed the production process and technology of α-ZrP resin. With the development of γ-ZrP resin, this improvement will enhance the exchange performance of nuclear grade ZrP resin.
